Welcome Jen, I know what you mean. I went to an Adult Children of Alcoholics meeting and was so grateful that I found AA first. I think I would have died in my denial. I go to AA because of that denial, I went to NA for identification, and in Al-Anon, I found myself.
Thank you for making the decision to join our small family. I haven't been able to do much posting lately, not as I would like.  WELCOME!
