Grateful for another day of sobriety.
Grateful for sunshine. Grateful for the sales I found. Grateful that it is okay to buy myself a treat. Today I chose a piece of lemon meringue pie. Grateful for the food I have to eat, even when I have trouble eating it. Grateful that today is Friday. It didn`t turn out according to plan as my friend had to cancel our outing today, but it was a good day. Grateful I got a call from my sister. Grateful that I got some sleep and plan to head back there again for a nap. Grateful for all of you who walk this journey with me.
