For me, the light comes from many sources, the AA Big Book, the NA Basic Text, those thought that come to mind, after asking my God to lead and direct my path, just for today. The Good Orderly Direction is there, whether it comes from people, places and things.
To my way of thinking, these books were divinely inspired. When I was caught up in addiction, I used people, places and things. In today, my God utilizes people, places and things to show me a better way of life.
