Default It Is Only By Accepting

Not accepting something as it is never changes it from what it is, and for all of us who share in having this struggle, we all know this to be true. It is only by accepting, that any of us will ever even have any chance at not becoming defeated as we continue in this struggle. This never goes away for any of us even for those of us who are in recovery. There is no such thing as a cure and the best that we all can hope for that's offered by recovery for all who have this struggle is a way to be able to live without having this ruin our life as it will even for those of us who deny having this struggle. We all give power to this when we can't accept having it which is very easy for any of us to do but, still doesn't change the fact that we still do have it, or will this ever make it go away we'll always have this for as long as we live, and it's always working against us to ruin whatever life we try to build for ourselves. Accepting that we have this and taking action so that it doesn't do this always turns out better, than when we try to fool ourselves into thinking that we don't when we know that we do. This is the biggest mistake we can make when it comes to having this struggle and many of us do this, and it never goes well for any of us when we do. It is only by us accepting that we have this that any of us ever get the power needed to do something about having it, and not the other way around like so many of us would have liked to wish that it would.
