Default What We See

It's all about our perception. This is how we perceive things and what we choose to look at. The way in which I feel about the way my life is related to what I look at. To feel better about ourselves and life in general we learn through our recovery program we can simply look at things differently. One that works for us and makes sense. Most of us were unaware that we could do this, or had a disbelief that it could work. There's a whole chapter on this in the AA big book called A Vision For You. Recovery will change how we see things. That doesn't mean that the things we used to look at have gone away, it just means that now we choose to see them differently.
