Pay Back or Pay It Forward?
Kindness doesn't always involve money or great effort, but it does involve your presence. Be present to notice when someone is kind to you or when there's an opportunity to be kind. When someone is kind to you, do you pay back the kindness? Or do you pay it forward to someone else? Or pay it back, as well as pay it forward?
