Catch the Wave

Like this, because I find water to be grounding for me.

We are part of the whole, the love that encompasses and the word. Sometimes it is distorted by man, and man has destroyed so much of this world by thought and deed.

I look at it as a cleansing of our body, mind and spirit. Our emotions flow out of us, often in the forms of tears of healing or a flood of self-pity and/or woes and worry.

Let your God flood your soul with cleansing waters and release the toxins in your body, mind and spirit.
