Open and Ready

Like this, if we aren't open to receive, we are blocking what we don't want to hear and do. I had to learn to give and receive.

As the song says, "Open up your heart and let the sunshine in." It is healing. When I meditate, I try to remember to put my hands on my lap, palm side up, to indicate my willingness to be open to God Will.

I found I need to be willing to receive and let go of what I don't need, release the old to make room for the new. I know God's Goodness is there and I trust it.
