STRENGTHS

In the workplace, we all have different strengths and weaknesses. A good team is comprised of people who complement one other with various talents and skills. God created our skills and talents to be used on the job and to help others. He wants us to focus on using them rather than focusing on our weaknesses. God has given us talents to use and He will show us how to develop them on and off the job. And when we grow weary or times get tough, we can put our trust in God and He will help us find new strength.

Isaiah 40:31 "But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." (NLT)

Dear Lord, thank You for the talents and skills You have given each of us. We know You want us to develop these talents and skills so we can work for You and bring glory to Your name. Show us today how we can develop our talents and skills. Show us who we can help and who we can share Your word with. In Jesus' name. Amen.

The more we work on our strengths by helping others, the more we will develop and grow and bring glory to God.

God has given us all talents and skills to use in our work and our service to others.

God wants us to remember Him when we are using our talents and skills so we can bring Him glory.

God can help us to find those who are in need of the talents and skills He has blessed us with.

Even during the tough and trying times at work, God can help us to endure and stay focused on Him.

Romans 5:4 "And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation." (NLT)

Focus: When we work on developing our God-given skills and talents, God will help us use them for His glory.
