Who Are You?
Welcome to Verse of the Day!
Today's Bible Verse: Acts 17:28 In him we live and move and have our being ... (ESV) Today's Inspiring Thought: Who Are You? Who am I? It's not a question we typically ask ourselves. Yet, most of us are searching for the answer without even knowing it. This verse reveals to believers that our true identity is in Jesus Christ. Pastor James MacDonald writes in Gripped By The Greatness of God, "Until we can honestly affirm, 'I am who God says I am and that's all that matters,' our lives will be restless indeed." Your identity is wrapped up in Jesus Christ. Stop looking to others—or even to yourself and your accomplishments—to figure out who you are. Learn what God says about you in his Word, and you'll truly begin to understand who you are, and who you were meant to be.
