I was told that I was worthy of love. I was suppose to be my own best friend. I was suppose to give myself a hug.

Know that you are loved and God didn't make no junk. This was told to me who took me to my first meeting and I walked away saying, "This would have been a good program for my dad, he might not have died from his disease and maybe our marriage would have lasted if he had a program like this, In total denial for myself and it was almost a years later, that I went for me.

A friend in time of need. A friend, to go to at any time. A friend just because.
