Thunderstorm Thoughts

When I think of storms. I think of how fearful of them I was growing up. They clouded my perspective, they prevented me to seeing, so I had little faith. All the noise and lightning bolts, reminded me that according to old tapes, I was going to be struck down by the wrath of God, because of all the things real or imagined, made me one big SIN.

Sin for me became, soul in need, and I had to reach out to my God for help. I was looking outside of myself instead of going within. I feed going there, because of old tapes from the church, family, etc. I thought it was a cesspool and it was dark, didn't want to see, and didn't know that I needed to bring it to the light to heal.
