Grateful for a new day, especially one that has the sun shining.
Grateful I am going to the doctor, hoping he will make the pain go away, yet I don't want him to give me pills to do it. I am waiting for an appointment with the sleep disorder clinic. Grateful that my son is talking detox, I am hoping that today is the day. Grateful for the comfort and love I get from the God of my understanding. Grateful that tennis has been on, but need to shut it off and take a time out. Grateful for all of you who share this journey with me. Grateful that the journey is one day at a time. One days thoughts, actions, experiences, awareness, joy and peace.
