What it really means to love others who hurt

Good thoughts, don`t try to fix and play God with someone else`s life. Not everyone understands Fibromyalgia, plus all the others things in my life. A loan of an ear, a hug is always good, and just having someone there, can create miracles.

Coming here, reading the posts and sharing, helps me work through my pain. If it doesn`t help, and my body hurts from sitting at the computer, I know I need a time out. As they say, balance in all things. Not something I do well, for most of my life, I have been a doer or do nothing at all, no happy medium.

I always have pain, different pains and different degrees of pain, and from different sources, but the thing I really needed to address was emotional pain that makes itself known spiritually and physically.
