Found I didn't recognize fear, often covered it up with other feelings and didn't realize that most of my life was fear based.
Some of the old tapes instilled it in me, often people of authority, told me it was so, so I felt "Who am I think differently? It must be so." As the saying goes, "I can face everything and recover" or I can "Fear everything and run." In order to let go of fear, have the willingness to walk through it, and replace it with faith, I need to trust in the God of my understanding.
