Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him. 1 Corinthians 16:11

I am praying to you because I know you will answer, O God. Bend down and listen as I pray. Psalm 17:6

Matthew 2:11 (NIV) On coming to the house, they (the wise men) bowed down and worshiped Him. Then they opened up their treasures and presented Him with gifts...

Thought: We have treasure to give Him, too -- our lives.

Psalm 13:5 (NIV) ..my heart rejoices in Your salvation.

Thought: God gave us exactly what we need most: mercy and forgiveness.

Today’s Scripture: Matthew 28:20 (NLT): Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Today’s Thought: Jesus promised us that He would be with us always. This is such a comforting thought. As we end the year and start a new one let’s remember that Jesus is with us.

Today’s Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are with us always. I pray as I enter into a new year that I grow in You. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!
