Are you hurting physically?
Are you hurting physically? Do you have pain that rarely subsides? It's easy to focus on the pain and question where is God and why hasn't He healed you yet. Don't let the pain speak louder than God's love for you. He loves you very much. This pain you bear can have meaning by bringing glory to God. Be courageous today, don't concentrate on the pain, instead, be bold in your patience for the Lord. Daily Bible Devotion

A good one, if I waited for my pain to go away, I would become a vegetable. I know that many times, if I stopped, I probably wouldn`t get going again. I can`t allow my pain to rule my life.
There are things that I can do, prayer and medication, eating healthy and making healthy choices, rest and get exercise too. I know what to do, yet there are times that I just have to wait for it to pass. They say, `This too shall pass.` That means, the good and the not so good. I know that when I am hurting, and my shoulders, hands, and headaches allow me, it is better to come here and share, than to sit in my pain and be miserable, or have my nose stuck in a book or switching channels on the boob tube. Physical pain can be mental, emotional and spiritual pain trying to get your attention. Most times, it just is and I have to accept it. Take an inventory of what brought it on or what I am not doing to make it go away.
