Default Spiritual Check Up Day 5

Spiritual Check Up Day 5 by SGLY Ministry

PEACE
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you;
not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
–Jesus John 14:27 (NKJV)

Today’s Action:
Jesus said He was leaving us Peace, His peace.
His peace is different than the world’s peace.
His peace is interior, the world’s is exterior.
His peace is constant, it does not depend on circumstances like the world’s peace does.
In the midst of the world’s confusion, we can be at peace daily with the peace Jesus gives us. Our spiritual health depends on having His peace.

Spiritual Exercise:
Choose to accept and put on the peace daily that Jesus offers for He has said:
I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 (NLT)
Choose to walk then in His peace, and you will not be troubled, nor afraid.
Even if you are walking in a world full of unrest today, you can claim the peace that Jesus gives, and you will be spiritually healthy and well.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NLT)

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
God says that each of us is worth loving.
