Default Apricot Nectar Cake

This is my mother in law's recipe:

Apricot Nectar Cake
1 box of lemon supreme cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup apricot nectar
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Mix above ingredients and pour cake mix into a tube (bundt) cake pan. Bake as directed on cake box.

Once cake is done let it cool all the way.

Icing
Juice from 1 Lemon
powder sugar

For Icing add powder sugar to lemon juice until icing is very, very thick.

**1 box of yellow cake mix can be used instead of lemon cake mix.
