I am safe and protected by ever-present Christ Consciousness.

Scientists say some parts of the spectrum of light, infrared and ultraviolet, cannot be seen by humans. Nevertheless, they exist. Similarly, Christ Consciousness is present at all times, even though I cannot see it.

When life is going well, I can easily see the Divine in the people and circumstances around me. When circumstances are not to my liking, a spiritual perspective may be more difficult.

I take a deep breath and relax into the consciousness of Christ—the inner knowledge of the Divine that is always with me. In prayer I call forth the Christ within to help me see differently any situation I am experiencing. I am reassured knowing that I am safe and protected by the living, loving presence of the Christ working in and through my life.
And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.—Matthew 28:20
