Thought: Yes, God can handle what's on your plate. He's done a few big things before.

John 15:12-13 — My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

We are to love each other as Jesus loved us, and he loved us enough to give his life for us. We may not have to die for someone, but there are other ways to practice sacrificial love: listening, helping, encouraging, giving. Think of someone in particular who needs that kind of love today. Give all the love you can, and then try to give a little more. John 15:17 - "This is my command - love each other."

Today’s Thought: It is important to stay away from complaining & arguing. Our words can either build someone up or tear someone down. Which will you choose today?

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me not to complain or argue with anyone today. Instead let me build someone up. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

Today’s Thought: Isn’t it wonderful to know that no matter what sins we’ve committed in the past, Jesus will forgive us! However, the hard part is forgiving ourselves. Today, let’s realize that if we have repented, that sin is gone. Do not live in guilt – instead bind it & cast it out in Jesus’ name!

Running away is sometimes considered cowardly. But wise people realize that removing themselves physically from temptation often can be the most courageous action to take.
