Default QuietStorm check in...

Hello everybody,

I am new to this site but not new to recovery. My sober date is 9/17/09. I never new this site was available until just a couple days ago. I am very happy to see all that it has to offer, and I hope to be a welcome addition to it all. I look forward to meeting as many of you all as possible.

I love the recovery world. I am an alcoholic, and meth addict( cooker) from CA. I now live here is NC and have worked very diligently at becoming a new person. What a trip,..living sober but more importantly living a happy life with a purpose for the first time in my 50 odd years.

I come here with an open mind so hit me up. I would love to know you..

Welcome Quiet Storm, sorry I missed your post. Hope you will continue to come and share your journey with us.

I hail from across the border in Canada. It always warms my heart when sharing with another alcoholic/addict, knowing the program is alive and well.
