Birthday Graditude

54 years young today.
I am blessed and sometimes I just need to step back and thank the Good Lord for my time living.
I am grateful for the moments that I get to experience every day.
I am grateful for another day of living.
I am grateful for my family, friends and the many folks in the rooms that I know I have and can turn to if I ever need help.
Thank you God.
I work on my progress and don't try for perfection.
I just want to be free.
