Today’s Scripture: 2 Peter 3:8 (NLT): But you must not forget, dear friends, that a day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.

Today’s Thought: God’s clock is not limited to our little 24-hour clock. Some of us have promises from God that we have been waiting on for years or even decades. He did not lie to you and you can trust that whatever He promised will come to pass!

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me not to get weary as I wait on what You have promised me. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

Today’s Thought: There was only one perfect person that walked the earth – Jesus. However, we should make every effort to live a holy life. God knows we will make mistakes and He will forgive us.

Today’s Thought: We need to ask God for wisdom every day. God does not get mad if you keep asking and you can never have too much Godly wisdom!

Today’s Thought: When we endure testing & hardships we must keep our heads up. We must remember that God knows what we are going through & He will take care of us!

Jesus Calms the Storm
Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!”
He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”
