Making sense of the senseless, and accepting the unacceptable

Was just sharing with my physiotherapist today, "When the time is right, we will know If we have doubt, then don't do. When we ask for what we need, it is given to us, not always when we want it. When the time is right, we will know. It is up to us as to what we do with that knowingness. We can accept, put it on the back burner, or reject it, be it in the moment or when we are open to our own truth. As my meditation card says, 'Truth is my protection."
