I will never leave you by Alive to God

Sometimes we may feel that God is afar off. But what God desires for you and me is that we would experience Him as someone who is close and someone who wants to walk with us. It was Spurgeon who said that He had known the tangible presence of God and that he had not been without that sense, not even for 10 minutes, for the duration of his Christian life. This is what God has for us. God wants us to know and experience His presence on a daily basis and as a result to know that He is by our side.

God promises that He will never leave us. If God uses the word never He knows what He is speaking about. This is an aspect that God wants us to know as a reality in our lives.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Human support and commitment comes and goes, but God is different. His support towards us is constant and enduring. God has not left you. God has not deserted you. God wants to be with you, by your side.
