What We Have
What's wrong with all of us, the problem we all share is inside each of us and is the same for all of us, and it is always aggravated by what's going on outside of all of us. The world itself rubbed all of us the wrong way and from there we were all off to the races trying to fix what's wrong with this world and all the people that are in it as well. All of us have found out the hard way that this doesn't work and only proves to make matters worse for all of us. The problem that's inside of us, the one that's part of all of us, none of us had any understanding of what that was, therefore we couldn't do anything about our problem that we all have. Recovery gives us all that understanding so that from now on we know what our problem is, so now we can begin to learn how to do something about having this problem. When all of us did what we found in recovery it didn't matter any longer so much what was going on outside of us. As long as we're able to stay right with ourselves all of us have found we are better able to handle whatever that is, and we don't get tripped up by this any more. It's powerful what we find here in this program of recovery, something that this whole world could use, but it seems it's only for those of who have our problem, and who have chosen to be in recovery are the ones that are able to have this.
