Make Things As Easy As Possible

We've all suffered enough and for some of us too long, now isn't the time for any of us to go on continuing to suffer once we're all here in recovery. To make things as easy as possible and as practical as they may be for all of us will help all of us to stop suffering right now, and we can all do this by keeping things as simple as we can. The simpler the better and the more better off we're all going to be and the harder and more complex we try to make things, the harder it's going to be for all of us to be here in recovery, and for any of us to want to stay. It doesn't have to be that way for any of us nor should it be. Any time we or anyone else is making things that we have to do to be in recovery difficult or hard to do, we're heading down the wrong path. Some of us do need to go this route, but for most of us, we don't, and it won't do us any good if we make things so hard for ourselves; it only leads us to more suffering. We all can still do all the things that we need to do in order for all of us to be in recovery easily, without having to make things so hard for ourselves. Plus we don't get anything extra when we make these things so hard to do, and we all could find our way right out of recovery if we do. This would be such a shame, because nowhere else can all of us find what recovery can offer to do for us. When we become willing to make things easy for ourselves then we'll be on the right path and we'll have a fairly good chance of us being able to stay in recovery. Suffer if you want to, or if you like to, but there's really no need to, especially since we're all finally here in recovery now.
