Enjoy. 1 Garlic Clove minced 3-4 Anchovies ¼ cup Parmesan cheese finely shredded ½ Juice from a Lemon (squeezed through something to hold back the seeds) 1 Egg Yolk (coddled for about a minute) 1 tblsp. Grey Poupon Mustard 1 Round-about the bowl with an upside down Worcestershire bottle 1 tblsp. Olive Oil ½ dozen Romaine Leaves Ground garlic into a few turns from a pepper mill. Blend anchovies and parmesan into pate'. Add remaining ingredients. Croutons and garnish with more parmesan optional. Serves 2 people. |
